Kunichika
Actor playing the role of Imagawa Yoshimoto. Yoshimoto was a powerful and successful military campaigner. In 1560, Yoshimoto went to the capital with a force of 25,000 men. Yoshimoto announced that he had 40,000 soldiers. A surprise attack by the Oda army of 3,000 following a downpour left Yoshimoto's army in complete disorder. Two of the Oda samurai ambushed and killed Yoshimoto in the village of Dengakuhazama.
