Prices, shipping and payment
The euro amounts shown are the prices of the goods payable to us. We do not charge German VAT, because the prints are imported from the USA. Shipping costs and the import charges you bear (import VAT, usually 7 %, and for postal consignments with a value of goods up to 150 EUR an additional 3 EUR customs duty) are added; the import charges are collected on delivery. Details of shipping costs, delivery times, import charges and payment methods are on the page “Shipping and payment”.
Right of withdrawal
As a consumer you have a right of withdrawal. Details are on the page “Withdrawal and returns”.
Legal guarantee
The statutory liability for defects (legal guarantee) applies. The legal guarantee lasts at least two years from delivery. The information under the EU notice “Your legal guarantee rights” is on every product page. Our prints are originals, often well over a hundred years old; their condition is stated in each description.
Complaints
Please send complaints to info@miegallery.com. We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
