Great scene by Ando Hiroshige from the story of the 47 samurai, also known as the Chushingura, The Night Attack, Part 3: Achieving the Goal (Youchi san, honmô).

Over hiroshige’s lifetime he did about 10 illustrated versions of this famous tale, this was the 5th one he did in 1835. Here the ronin drag Kira out into the courtyard ready to exact their revenge.
