We primarily ship Japanese woodblock prints using UPS for international orders due to its reliability, tracking accuracy, and consistent delivery times.
If you prefer USPS, we’re happy to accommodate that request - just let us know at checkout or contact us directly after placing your order.

Customs, Duties & International Considerations

We have successfully shipped to many countries worldwide. However, based on experience, we do not recommend shipping to Central America, where customs processing can be unpredictable and may result in delays or complications.

Returns Policy
We accept returns of woodblock prints and related products from our store within 30-days of purchase. Products must be returned in the same new/used condition as when purchased. Return products by mail or international shipper. Mailing costs are the responsibility of the customer. There are no restocking fees. Refund processing time is 7 days from receipt of the returned item(s).
