From the series “Biographies of Heroes of Recent Times” 近世義勇伝 蓮田市五郎. Yoshitsuya II was a student of Utagawa Yoshitsuya. Little is known of his life, other than his real name, Minowa Eikichi. His signatures often look identical to those of his teacher.
