The courtesan Tsutanosuke of the Daikokuya house. In fact, she's an Oiran (花魁) one of the highest-ranking courtesans in Japanese history, who were considered to be above common prostitutes. Her ornate kimono has an interesting, bold rabbit design. This is one print in a series of seven.
